Van camped here mid-January 2024 for 4 nights. The staff/volunteers/park police kept access control, clean bathrooms, good lighting, pickup garbage, patrol grounds often. Limited access to paid patrons appreciated as some shifty car/trucks often come by for one reason or another. Felt safe, and staff friendly and attentive. Many trails onsite and 5 min drive to casinos.
I stopped for a day,on Monday. The area was clean and quiet. It has a portable potty, dumpster, spaces for RV and all the other amenities. The beaches around the area are in pristine condition. The clerks at the entrance were very polite. It's a perfect place to spend time with your family.
Quiet, nice RV camping park. Dog friendly!!
OMG I'm in heaven!! Big sites, picnic tables, BBQ and solid cover called a ramada. Staff/volunteers super friendly!
Park was nice. Not too busy. “Park police” were a bit much. Close to river. The ANTS were crazy. We got an infestation in our pantry. What a mess.
We stayed 2 nights in a pull through site with full hookups. Everything worked very well and the park is very quiet. We were able to walk by the river, which is a great thing to do just before sunset. The bathrooms on site are maintained in reasonable condition and very clean. We were parked at the far south end of the row and really liked the spot.
This was an outstanding park. Great RV sites, nice bath and shower facilities. Nice beach nearby. Close to town. Highly recommend.
Campsites were tight. No picnic tables or fire rings. Too many full timers who kept their campsites messy. Great location, near casinos in Laughlin, NV (see photo). Next time we'll check out the beautiful primitive sites right on the Colorado River.
